Blazer Jobs is actively seeking a Licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive high school team in Springfield, Massachusetts. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with students across General Education and Life Skills & LINKS programs, providing both direct therapy and consultative services.
Position Details:

High school caseload with a mix of direct and consult services

Serve students in General Education and specialized programs (Life Skills & LINKS)
-
Support students with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities
-
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists, teachers, and families to implement individualized therapy plans

Participate in student evaluations and progress monitoring
Requirements:

Active Massachusetts SLPA License

Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities preferred

Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
